canine cookies - a fund-raising idea

If you would like to raise a few pennies in aid of Greyhound Compassion, you might like to try your hand at these dog biscuits.  They are easy to make and can be bagged up into 250 gram poly bags and sold for Greyhound Compassion. 

Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits

12 floz water
4 floz oil
3 tbsps peanut butter
2 tsps vanilla extract
8 oz wholemeal flour
3 oz of cornflour
4 oz oats

In a large bowl, combine flour, cornflour and oats.
Stir in oil, peanut butter, vanilla extract and water (add water carefully, not all of the liquid may be necessary).
Knead until smooth, adding more flour or water as needed.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface and cut with cutters.
Bake on a greased baking sheet at regulo 6 for approx 25 mins.
