Donation in memory of Marilyn Wallace (née Huus)

Greyhound Compassion and Protectora de Animales Scooby are very grateful to the family of Marilyn Wallace for their kind donation in her memory towards the work of the Scooby shelter in Medina del Campo, Spain. Before her marriage, as Marilyn Huus, she rehomed lurchers at Battersea.  Tragically she died only hours after presenting her husband, Piers, with a son and Georgie with a brother.

Like all of us, Marilyn was upset by the way the galgos are treated in Spain and her family would like her to be remembered by way of donations to greyhound welfare (including their cousins - the poor lurchers and galgos). With Marilyn's family's blessing, the donation will be included in Greyhound Compassion's contribution towards the funding of the very hard working and committed kennel manager at Scooby.
